When a person goes to a makeup counter for a lesson, what is the best way to pay? Is there even a fee?

Generally the rules are that you purchase something in exchange for the service. It's a win-win situation because if you really like a product they used, you get something awesome and they get a sale. But most of the time, they are not willing to give ';make overs'; without the agreement to purchase something. When a person goes to a makeup counter for a lesson, what is the best way to pay? Is there even a fee?
There is no fee but they would like you to buy at least two items from them.

I went there with my mom about a week ago and the lady told us that but the only thing is that the makeup is so expensive. One lady was getting it done and she brought 2 things $80! lol But yeah they would like you to buy at least 2 itemsWhen a person goes to a makeup counter for a lesson, what is the best way to pay? There is no fee because they will try to sell you the products that they use on you. Either buy them or don't - you're not under any obligation to pay.
There is no fee.It is their job.And don't tip them.
